Directions

OCC is conveniently located at the junction of Bergen, Passaic and Morris counties and easily accessible via several major highways.  Oakland Care Center is also located near many major hospitals and medical centers in the area.

From Route 80 West
Take route 80 to Butler/Verona Exit. Now on Route 23 North, take Alps Road Exit (on right); continue on Alps Road through 3 lights. At 4th light, make a right turn onto Hamburg Turnpike.   At next light take the jug-handle onto Berdan Avenue. Continue past reservoir approximately three miles, road will change to Breakneck Road. Oakland Care Center is located on the left.

From The Garden State Parkway
Coming off the Garden State Parkway use the exit for Route 4 West/Route 208 North (exit 160 off the parkway), at light make left, then look for a sign for Route 4 West, follow route 4 West to Route 208 North. Take exit for Colonial Road, Franklin Lakes, bearing left at traffic light onto Colonial Road. At t-intersection make a right (flashing light) onto Franklin Lakes Road. At 2nd traffic light make a left onto Breakneck Road. Oakland Care Center is located on the right.

From Route 287 North
Oakland Exit (Exit 58), make a left at traffic light. At next light make a right onto Route 202 South. At 2nd traffic light (Burger King on right, Exxon gas station on left), make a left onto Long Hill Road. At next traffic light make a right onto Breakneck Road. Oakland Care Center is on the right.

From Route 287 South
Oakland Exit (Exit 58), make a left at traffic light onto 202 South. Make a left at 3rd traffic light (Burger King on right, Exxon gas station on left), onto Long Hill Road. At next traffic light make a right onto Breakneck Road. Oakland Care Center is on the right.
